Aluminised steel is produced with a hot dipped aluminium silicon alloy, that gives the steel sheet a bright grey finish similar to aluminium.
What are the benefits of aluminised steel?Â
Aluminised steel has a very high temperature resistance, making it suitable for manufacturing products with high operating temperatures. It has excellent corrosion resistance, whilst retaining many of the characteristics of mild steel in terms of laser cutting, bending, forming, folding and welding. It is low maintenance and durable, in either painted or unpainted form.
